Frequiently asked questions about custom posters
Can I send several posters in one order?
Yes. When possible, we combine rolled posters into one tube, and the extra shipping cost for each additional poster is smaller. Framed posters can't be packed together for safety reasons.
How long does it take, and how does it arrive?
Posters are usually produced in 2–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 2–7 business days. They ship rolled, wrapped in tissue and packed in a tube, so they arrive flat and undamaged.
What poster sizes can I order?
From 15×15 cm up to 200×100 cm (6×6" to 80×40"), in standard or custom sizes. That covers everything from small prints to large statement pieces.
What file do I need for the best print quality?
Upload a JPG or PNG at 300 DPI in sRGB, sized to your chosen poster size. A high-resolution file means sharper detail and richer colour.
Which poster paper should I choose?
Standard (189gsm) is the best-value choice for everyday prints.
Advanced (230gsm) is a smooth, glare-free archival matte with true-to-screen colour.
Fine Art (310gsm) has a soft, lightly textured surface for art prints, illustration and photography.
