To print your own wall art with Printseekers, prepare your artwork at the exact size you want to order and at 300 DPI. JPEG, JPG and PNG files are accepted, with a maximum upload size of 2 GB. Make sure the aspect ratio matches your chosen print size and keep important details away from the edges, particularly for canvas prints.
Then create a Printseekers account, select Create Order → New Order, enter your own address as the recipient, choose your product and shipping method, upload your design and place the order. You don't need an Etsy shop, Shopify store or other integration to order for yourself.

Printseekers produces wall art primarily for businesses and online sellers, but the same production is available for personal orders. Ordering directly from the company producing the print also means access to factory pricing rather than buying through a traditional retail store.
Start with the final size
Before adjusting colors or sharpening an image, decide where the finished piece will go and roughly how large it should be.
An image intended for a small framed poster has different requirements from one that will become a 100 cm canvas. The larger you print, the more visible details, compression and imperfections become.
Your file should also match the proportions of the product. If you're ordering a 60 × 90 cm poster, for example, prepare your design in the same 2:3 ratio. Otherwise, part of the image may need to be cropped.
This is also a good point to experiment with the composition. A photograph doesn't have to be printed exactly as it came out of the camera. A tighter crop, more negative space or a different orientation can make an ordinary image work much better as wall art.
Choose the right wall-art format
The material changes how the same design looks and feels, so choose based on the image, finish and where it will hang.
Posters come in matte, glossy, photo and fine-art papers. Matte works well for illustrations and typography, glossy gives photography more contrast, while fine-art paper adds a thicker, more textured finish.
Framed posters arrive ready to hang and come in finishes including black, white, natural wood, dark wood, gold and grey. Choose the frame as part of the design — darker frames create stronger contrast, while wood finishes feel softer.
Canvas is available in cotton or polyester, with standard, gallery, rolled and multipanel formats. Cotton has a more traditional texture, while polyester keeps finer details sharper. Framed canvas adds an outer floating-style frame for a more finished look.
Wallpaper ranges from removable peel-and-stick polyester and vinyl to prepasted and traditional non-woven options. For higher-use spaces, Type II commercial vinyl offers greater durability and resistance to water and scratches.
Make sure the file can handle print
Printseekers recommends 300 DPI and artwork prepared at the actual dimensions of the final product.
Resolution becomes especially important when enlarging photographs. A picture may look perfectly sharp on a phone but reveal softness or compression when printed at a much larger scale.
The same applies to AI-generated and AI-upscaled images. Check the full-size file for distorted details, strange textures and artificial-looking edges before ordering. These problems can be much more noticeable in a large physical print.
For color, Printseekers recommends working in RGB and using the sRGB color space.
Don't over-edit the image
Preparing an image for print doesn't mean pushing every setting as far as possible.
Extra sharpening, saturation and contrast can make a photograph look impressive on a bright screen but unnatural once printed. Make the corrections the image actually needs, check that the resolution is sufficient and keep some of the character of the original.
This is especially true for personal photography. Film grain, slight movement or unusual lighting don't automatically need to be removed. Sometimes those are exactly the details that make a custom print more interesting than something bought from a catalogue.

Print on demand is usually associated with artists and ecommerce stores, but you don't have to be selling anything to use Printseekers.
